AVIATOR SURVIVAL VEST

The Aviation Life Preserver is a basic life preserver survival vest platform for rotary wing aircraft with a removable breathing device pocket. It accommodates survival equipment with reduced bulk and increased mobility. Designed specifically for pilots and aircrew to be worn over flight suits, the Aviation Life Preserver is an inflatable flotation cell integrated into a survival vest. Providing a full 37 lbs. of buoyancy, the inflatable cell – available with automatic or manual inflation – is comprised of two independent chambers, separated by an internal membrane, with single-point inflation. This provides for an orally inflated reserve chamber in the event that the primary chamber becomes damaged. All survival aircrew life preserver/survival vests include integrated harness lifting straps, signal whistle, SOLAS reflective tape, buddy tether line, and integrated waist buckle as standard features.
